How to work with Tough Customers

The goal of Tough Customers is to successfully show the client how <your company's> service can help them with their business needs. Only you will see the result of your choices so feel free to experiment and have fun!

To play:

• Select a Tough Customer from the Menu Page by clicking on their image
• Read the information in the help bar on the left by clicking on each icon
• Click the start button
• Watch the video, then click "Answers"
• Click on an answer and watch the next video
• Click "Answers" and choose another answer
• You will then see feedback on how you did
• Click the "Menu" button at the bottom of the page to choose another customer or continue
